Undeniably most of the general population adores show business personalities. People usually look up to them and imitate them. They are even put in the highest pedestal like Kings and Queens.

Whether we admit it or not, almost everyone has a so called IDOL. I myself is a fan to various local and Hollywood celebrities. It makes me happy and thrilled seeing them on television or in the mainstream. As much as possible I patronize the products they endorse. I also support their advocacy in my own little ways. I also follow them in Facebook, Twitter and in their respective Fan pages. I would greet them through these social networking sites to make them feel that they are loved and adored by their supporters which includes me. I would regularly comment on their fan pages to show my love and concern too. I am so thankful that I get updated about my idols through these tri-medias.

I know some think this is corny but I am a proud fan to my idols. They are good influence to me. They inspire me in everything I do. Whenever I feel sad and down I just think of them. I also make sure to catch them in their television programs and watch them in cinemas whenever they have movies coming out. I'm such a loyal fan ha ha. Some of the celebrities in Hollywood I adore are Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Leonardo DiCaprio and Ben Stiller to name a few. Locally there is only one celebrity who struck me and that is Filipino actress singer KC Concepcion. She has class and breeding that money can't buy. She seems well-grounded too. In the area of sports there are Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer for tennis and Kobe Bryant for basketball. In all areas there are so many personalities that can influence us may it be bad or good, but I can proudly say that on my part they definitely are good influences in my life.

I hope our idols continue to influence us in good ways. In return we should do our part as supporters by being loyal and supportive of them. How about you guys who are your idols? Do we have the same lists of celebrities or not? I hope you can share it with me too. See yah!
